Frequently Asked Questions

Tours or individual tickets cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled tour time will receive a full refund. Tours canceled less than 48 hours can be rescheduled with a $20 rebooking fee, but are not eligible for refund. Tours that are rebooked cannot be refunded even prior to the 48 hour cancelation window. Guests who are “No-Shows” — guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour time or are not present when the tour leaves the starting point (10 minutes after the tour’s scheduled start time) are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Vallarta Drinks is an adults-only tour business. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the tour to participate.

Our goal at Vallarta Drinks is to deliver an authentic Mexican food experience, therefore our curated tours do focus heavily on meat and fish. Though we can make moderate accommodations, not all stops on our tours will have vegetarian options. None of our tours are recommended for vegan diets.

We can either accommodate or avoid foods that could aggravate food allergies. Some of the most common and easy allergies to accommodate include gluten, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and diary, but not locations will offer substitutions. Please make us aware of all allergies in advance.

Tours include all predesignated food, alcoholic drinks, bottled water, and non-alcoholic agua fresca at select locations. Guide gratuity is not included in the ticket cost.
